Whether you’re looking for an advanced yoga workout or you’re a beginner, Amy’s background, including many different disciplines such as Ashtanga, Hatha, Hot Yoga, and others, allows her to tailor your yoga workout to meet your specific needs.
Amy uses Vinyasa or flow yoga, creating a flow from one asana, or pose, to the next while helping you focus your mind on your breathing. She’ll demonstrate and coach you on different poses, and provide you with postures to practice at home between your studio sessions.
By increasing your range of movements and improving your muscle tone, you’ll feel stronger, healthier and experience fewer aches and pains. You’ll be in control of the aging and wellbeing of your body.
Experience Yoga at Aimee’s Way in the privacy of the Aimee’s Way studio or in her group workshops of no more than five participants.
And if you’ve got a friend, remember the Aimee’s Way "Start Your Own Yoga Group". With you and two friends, create your own group. Aimee’s Way will promote the group time and encourage other members to join, up to a maximum of five people per class.
