Pilates emphasizes the strengthening of your abdominal muscles, improving your posture and making your look and feel taller and leaner. By focusing on smaller core muscles, it strengthens your body, creating a more defined and sculpted you. And by learning to correct your FMP’s (Faulty Movement Patterns), you learn how to move with a grace and ease that you may never have experienced before.

Whether you’re a hard core Pilates fan, into pure Pilates, or in need of therapeutic Pilates, Amy custom designs your workout to meet your needs. She’ll demonstrate and coach you on the Pilates apparatuses and teach you floor exercises so that you can continue your work at home in between your private studio sessions.

By understanding how your body moves and by improving the quality of your movements, you’ll feel stronger, healthier and experience fewer aches and pains. You’ll be in control of the aging and wellbeing of your body.

There are two ways to experience Pilates with Amy Ouellette as your coach and trainer: On your own – in the privacy of the Aimee’s Way studio or at your home in your own studio, Or with a partner in the Aimee’s Way exclusive Duet Format.

 
One hour private session: $70
Pre-pay package of ten private sessions: $600
