And by learning to correct your FMP’s (Faulty Movement Patterns), you learn how to move with a grace and ease that you may never have experienced before.
Whether you’re a hard core Pilates fan, into pure Pilates, or in need of therapeutic Pilates, Amy custom designs your workout to meet your needs. She’ll demonstrate and coach you on the Pilates apparatuses and teach you floor exercises so that you can continue your work at home in between your private studio sessions.
By understanding how your body moves and by improving the quality of your movements, you’ll feel stronger, healthier and experience fewer aches and pains. You’ll be in control of the aging and wellbeing of your body.
